Quick Decision - Part 5

There was a knock at the door, and Alan and Annabelle froze. They had completely forgotten that Gabby's crush, Jackson, was supposed to come over that afternoon.

Alan, still getting used to his new body, stumbled as he walked towards the door. Annabelle giggled at him but quickly got nervous as well. They both knew that they were playing with fire. If Jackson found out that Gabby was not really Gabby, then things could get very awkward, very fast.

Alan took a deep breath and opened the door. Jackson was standing there, looking as handsome as ever. Alan, in Gabby's body, couldn't help but feel a flutter of attraction. He quickly pushed the thought aside and put on his best "Gabby" smile.

"Hey, Jackson!" he said, trying to sound as natural as possible.

Alan felt his cheeks flush as he tried to remember what Gabby had told him about Jackson. He knew that she had a massive crush on him, but he wasn't sure if he was supposed to reciprocate those feelings or not. In any case, Alan wasn't sure he wanted to be involved in a romantic relationship while he was in his sister's body.

"Oh, hey Alan!" Jackson waved at Annabelle, "What's up?"

Annabelle, in Alan's body, smiled at Jackson, trying to appear nonchalant, "Not much, man. We were just hanging out."

Jackson turned his attention back to Alan, "So, um, Gabbs, wanna let me in?"

Alan's heart skipped a beat as he realized he had forgotten to act like his sister. He quickly regained his composure and opened the door wider, allowing Jackson to step inside.

"Sorry about that," Alan said with a laugh, hoping that Jackson wouldn't notice his slip-up.

Jackson grinned, "No worries. You seem a little different today, Gabbs."

Alan felt himself blushing again, "Uh, no, I don't think so."

Annabelle, trying to help Alan out, jumped in, "She's just being a little silly today. You know how Gabby can be sometimes."

Jackson nodded, turning back to Alan,"Shall we?"

Alan nodded, following Jackson through the house. As they passed by the living room, he noticed Annabelle staring at him with a mischievous glint in her eye. He shot her a warning look, but she just grinned back at him.

They continued on towards Gabby's bedroom.

Once they got there, Jackson continued, "So, I was thinking we could watch something. What do you say?"

Alan blinked, taken aback by the sudden question. He had never been in a situation like this before, and he wasn't sure how to react. He glanced back towards the hallway, hoping for some guidance, but he was on his own now.

"Um... sure," he said tentatively, grabbing Gabby's laptop.

The Netflix logo burned brightly on the screen. They started watching some show halfway through the second season. Alan could only assume that Gabby had watched the rest with Jackson up to this point.

He tried his best to follow along with the plot, but his thoughts kept wandering to the fact that he was sitting next to Gabby's crush, in Gabby's body.

Jackson leaned over, his face inches from Alan's.

"Is something wrong?" he asked, his voice low.

Alan's heart skipped a beat. He could feel Jackson's breath on his skin, and it sent shivers down his spine. He was in his sister's body, but it was still his mind and his emotions.

He tilted his head away, trying to ignore Jackson's proximity.

"No, nothing's wrong," he said, trying to sound casual.

Alan's heart skipped a beat as Jackson's arm wrapped around him. He shifted uncomfortably, unsure of how to react.

"Gabby, you know I like you, right?" Jackson whispered, his face still close to Alan's.

Alan froze. He wasn't sure how to respond.

"I... I like you too," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Jackson leaned in and pressed his lips against Alan's. The kiss was soft, almost tentative at the beginning, like a first date. Their lips parted, and tongues probed each other tentatively at first, then with more passion. Alan felt his mind go blank as he let Jackson take control of him.

The two of them pulled apart, gasping for breath. Jackson's eyes were filled with desire, and Alan knew that he had crossed a line.

Jackson looked at "Gabby" with a smirk. "I knew you liked me."
